Reconditioning Process
Each machine has been carefully inspected with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed before disassembly. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential tools required to do a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each Skyjack machinery is meticulously reassembled so as to meet original OEM standards. The following parts are replaced with brand new components: the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, filters and hoses, the main electrical cables and main control and joystick controllers.
